Kunye has a core team, working out of our premises. In addition, we develop and work with rural and township groups and with independent producers

Managed by Alison Coutras, Kunye has a core team covering design, production, quality control, sales, packing & freight.

In addition to the permanent staff, the production teams include church groups, HIV and Aids support programmes, rural groups and many individuals, most of whom have never had formal employment.  Most of these groups have been formed and trained by Alison and they are coordinated by Kunye.

Kunye also works in close cooperation with independent producers in the community
